Our Story

     I was born and raised in Amherst, Ohio and was somewhat of a hell raiser back in the days. I moved down south for over 20 years where my career and experience in the restaurant industry gave me the opportunity to come back home and show off my talents in the kitchen. 
   I had a food truck business for several years and selling it was the first step in my new journey. The process of building Snappers was not easy and took me over a year. My faith, passion for cooking, and making people happy is what kept me pushing to follow my dream. 
   Our mission is: Consistency is the right recipe for longevity! I want my customers to get what they are always used to having. 
    As for my snapper sauce recipe... It's an Irish secret, but I’ll tell you anyway. Snapper sauce is filled with dreams, love, soul, and family. The perfect recipe for the perfect sauce!
